I'm glad you're here! Now, what should this post be about? It could be a post about puns involving plant names, like glads, which is what we call Gladiolus flowers because, lettuce admit it, "gladiolus" doesn't roll off the tongue as quickly as "glad" does. Or this could be a post about how one should never give up on a plant. I bought the corm for this glad about four, maybe five years ago and planted it out in the garden. 200, Kind of a Big Deal!
I got an email this morning from our podcast hosting service that the podcast episode Dee and I published today is our 200th episode. I think that's kind of a big deal, even though I wasn't keeping track of it! There are some statistics available about how many podcasts are started and then abandoned. It takes a bit of time to sync up our two MP3 files, edit out the pauses and background … [Read more...] about Milestones
A Peace Offering?

Who did this? I'll tell you who likely did it. It was probably a chipmunk. I see them quite often though admittedly I haven't seen one for a while. They must be hiding out in the shade and then coming out in the cool evenings to ravage my garden by eating cherry tomatoes and occasionally digging in the … [Read more...] about A Peace Offering?
