Wait, come back! You were looking for May Dreams Gardens, right? The blog that never changed its template in over four years?
Well, guess what? Blogger made it so easy to update templates in Blogger in Draft that I decided to give my blog a spring face lift.
It’s still a work in progress. I need to clean up the sidebars, remove some widgets, maybe add others, and move them all around a bit more.
And I’d love your feedback! After all, no blogger wants you to arrive at her blog, say “ick” and not even read the content. Leave me a comment or send me an email.

Get out the mower, Carol the grass is knee-high to a grasshopper already 🙂
You got a good head start on Spring with your new blog template. Looks very good.
Don't tell me you did this all by yourself?! I'm so technically challenged I'd be scared to try it.

Lovely – but I'm a bit worried about those dandelions. I'd get rid of the seed heads if I were you …. 🙂

A nice change, Carol. I couldn't find your victorian lady with the push mower. Is she 'history'?! I am always doing something to change my blog such as different header photos, changes in sidebars, and now bloggers has 'pages' if you want to put 'less' on the main page you can incorporate material onto the pages.

I completely understand the desire to revamp. I'm still reworking my blog design after switching over to a new one last month. 😉

I love the new look! It's fun to change things once in a while. My husband (and IT dept) is getting quite frisky on my site. I like the shades of green and the new banner. So lighthearted – just like you.

I'm so glad Blogger finally got some 3 column templates that are easy to install. I've changed mine too, as have numerous other bloggers.
Yours looks nice and spring like.

Annie in Austin says
Oh, Carol – the green-tea colors are you and it suits your personality!
The idea of a new template is so tempting, especially the opportunity to have 3 columns and no wallpaper edges.
Was it very difficult/nerve-wracking/dangerous to do?
