Those Autumn Crocuses!

November 3, 2020 By Carol Michel 4 Comments

Autumn crocuses

“Whoa, Nellie,” I said to myself. “Those crocuses are sure multiplying and making a nice display in late autumn.”

And indeed they are.

I assure you that I didn’t plant that many autumn crocuses which could mean only one thing.

Garden fairies here!  We are garden fairies and we are pleased and chuffed to bits that Carol noticed how many crocuses we managed to make bloom this late in the year.

For a while, we thought the rain was going to wash out our big display, but then a nice day came along so Seedy and Soddy got to work pushing up all the autumn crocuses and opening them up to capture the sun.

Didn’t they do a good job?

We are so proud of them and the autumn crocuses. So proud. They’ve never looked better.

Anyway, we are garden fairies, it’s a nice day, so we are cutting it short here.

Enjoy your day!

Garden fairies! You are amazing. Pretty autumn crocuses! Wish they grew here. That purple would be so great in my fall garden.~~Dee
