Wait, come back! You were looking for May Dreams Gardens, right? The blog that never changed its template in over four years?
Well, guess what? Blogger made it so easy to update templates in Blogger in Draft that I decided to give my blog a spring face lift.
It’s still a work in progress. I need to clean up the sidebars, remove some widgets, maybe add others, and move them all around a bit more.
And I’d love your feedback! After all, no blogger wants you to arrive at her blog, say “ick” and not even read the content. Leave me a comment or send me an email.
Love the new look! H.
It's beautiful! I love the color scheme. The grass and dandelions are just darling. 🙂
Love the new look – so fresh and green!
Love it! It is fresh and clean and spring-like. We all need such a face-lift now and then.
You make me all the more determined to change my own template! Love it, Carol!
Get out the mower, Carol the grass is knee-high to a grasshopper already 🙂
You got a good head start on Spring with your new blog template. Looks very good.
Don't tell me you did this all by yourself?! I'm so technically challenged I'd be scared to try it.
Dear Carol, Spring cleaning, whether house or weblog, is so therapeutic and it is good to have a change. All of this looks very fresh and appealing.
Looks great, Carol! Love the facelift. Just in time for spring too.

Lovely – but I'm a bit worried about those dandelions. I'd get rid of the seed heads if I were you …. 🙂
I think it is just dandy. A real make over.
Carol, you're as talented with your blog as your are in the garden. It's a keeper.

I LIKE it! 🙂 I think you made a good choice. And I like your pictures from the flower show, too!
I like it. It looks very, well….May!
A nice change, Carol. I couldn't find your victorian lady with the push mower. Is she 'history'?! I am always doing something to change my blog such as different header photos, changes in sidebars, and now bloggers has 'pages' if you want to put 'less' on the main page you can incorporate material onto the pages.
Carol, it's so pretty and green. Love the dandelion puff design at the top!
I completely understand the desire to revamp. I'm still reworking my blog design after switching over to a new one last month. 😉
This and a couple of other blogs I have visited this weekend are inspiring me to spring clean. A great facelift Carol 🙂
Whew! I almost panicked when I landed here, thinking someone had pirated you. I'm liking the look very much, Carol, it's extremely springlike and happy-making, and distinctly you, too.
Your new look is just awesome. Love it!
I like the new look, very fresh!
Like a breath of fresh air. Very nice new look 🙂
Love, love, love this change..it fits your blogging personality much better!
Carol, it's darling. So glad you made a change.~~Dee
The change is refreshing and in tune with your title. I like it!
Looks good!
I love the new look! It's fun to change things once in a while. My husband (and IT dept) is getting quite frisky on my site. I like the shades of green and the new banner. So lighthearted – just like you.
Change is GOOD! I love what you have done to the place. See you on Bloom Day.
I'm so glad Blogger finally got some 3 column templates that are easy to install. I've changed mine too, as have numerous other bloggers.
Yours looks nice and spring like.
Thank you for hosting Bloom Day. This is my first Bloom Day post but look forward to many more!
Oh, Carol – the green-tea colors are you and it suits your personality!
The idea of a new template is so tempting, especially the opportunity to have 3 columns and no wallpaper edges.
Was it very difficult/nerve-wracking/dangerous to do?

I was surprised when I clicked on your blog! I really like the change and the dandelions are cute!
