With most of my speaking events canceled this spring, I’ve found myself with a bit of time on my hands so…
I resurrected my old YouTube channel, Indygardener, that had been dormant for about 10 years!
No longer is it a sad stash of lame videos! A few weeks ago, I deleted all those old videos and started recording and uploading new content. (Which may or may not be lame, I’ll let the viewer decide.)
What did I upload? How about weekly press conferences, complete with questions asked by notable journalists including Hortense Hoelove and Lois Hortlane?
Or an entire series of videos about seed and label sorting. Truly it is binge-worthy!
And for those with a more refined taste, I bring you Gardenpiece Theater with introductions and wrap-ups from me. There are three episodes and more in the works!
Of course, not everything fits into a nice neat category, so I have a playlist which includes a few pilot episodes—well one pilot episode—and a houseplant video, so far. Surely in the days ahead, there will be more videos for this playlist!
In these days of social distance, self-isolation, keeping oneself to home and garden, I hope my videos bring a smile to your face. You can subscribe to my channel on YouTube and then you’ll be notified of new videos as I add them. Plus, I’ve added my playlists to my Events Page so check back there for new series. I
And yes, I’d like—and I’m not afraid to ask for—what they call a Thumbs Up for the videos you like but what I would really love is for you to help spread the word and tell all your friends and family about my videos on YouTube.
